What are the rates for personal and virtual training?
One-on-one personal training and virtual training (via Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Meet) are priced at $100.00 per hour or $50.00 per half-hour.
What are the costs for group fitness classes?
We offer flexible options for group training:
  • Single Class Drop-in: $30.00
  • 5-Class Package: $125.00 ($25.00 per class)
  • 10-Class Package: $200.00 ($20.00 per class)
Do you offer nutrition or workout programming?
Yes. Custom meal plans and personalized workout plans both start at $50.00 per week.

Getting Started

Who is welcome at the gym?
We pride ourselves on being an LGBTQ+ friendly space where everyone aged 18 and older is welcome to apply. Our community is diverse, and we have extensive experience working with clients aged 40 and over, tailoring our fitness approach to support long-term health and mobility.
How can I try out the gym before committing?
We offer a Free First Class for all new participants. Additionally, all new clients are eligible for a Free Personal Training Session to assess fitness goals and experience our coaching style firsthand.

Payments & Insurance

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment, including Cash, Debit, and Credit Cards. For convenience, Zelle is our preferred payment method.
Can I use my FSA or HSA for gym services?
Yes, we accept FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) payments. Please note that this typically requires a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) approved by your insurance provider. We recommend contacting your doctor for more information on how to qualify.
Are you available on fitness platforms?
Yes! You can also find and book us through ClassPass.

Facilities & Equipment

What strength and cardio equipment is available?
The facility is fully equipped with professional-grade Rogue gear, including:
  • Squat Stations: Two Rogue squat racks with integrated pull-up stations.
  • Free Weights: Two dumbbell stations (5–60 lbs) and four benches (2 incline, 2 flat).
  • Specialty Machines: Rogue Reverse Hyper and Rogue Assault Bike.
  • Resistance Tools: Various cable stations, barbells, attachments, and bands.
  • Recovery: On-site sauna access.
What are the gym's cleanliness and hygiene standards?
The gym floor is swept, mopped, and all equipment is disinfected daily. Common areas and bathrooms are fully deep-cleaned daily—including garbage removal and glass cleaning—with a secondary cleaning pass performed every afternoon.

Does the gym have locker rooms or storage for personal items?
While we do not have full locker rooms, we provide a storage bookcase located conveniently at the entrance for bags, keys, and personal belongings.

Where can I park when visiting the gym?
Ample parking is available directly at the front entrance. Additional parking is located at the rear entrance (behind the building), along with available street parking.

Hours of Operation

What are the gym's hours for classes and personal training?
We operate on a scheduled-session basis to ensure personalized attention:
  • Personal Training: Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (by appointment only).
  • Group Classes: Held Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM.

Cancellation Policy

What is the cancellation policy for classes and personal training?
  • Group Classes: There is no cancellation fee. However, we request 24 hours' notice if you cannot attend a scheduled class.
  • Personal Training: Sessions cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged the full value of the session (e.g., a $100.00 fee for a 1-hour session).

Training Style & Coaching

What are the qualifications of the trainers and the style of the classes?
Classes are led by Jon, a licensed and certified personal trainer with over 15 years of experience. We specialize in Bootcamp and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). Programs incorporate cardio, resistance training, and bodyweight exercises, all of which are tailor-made to individual fitness levels.
